A new concept by L’AS, the modern French restaurant in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo, Prés de L’AS opens at Harajuku Quest in spring 2026. Centered around refined omakase courses for lunch and dinner, the restaurant also offers à la carte dishes and beverages. Signature items such as the foie gras crispy sandwich reflect the creativity of L’AS, reimagined in a more approachable style.
